Andrew Seaman reached out asking for thoughts on the "Great Resignation", as an idea of what it looks like for masses of people to be inspired to try something new. I for one am all for new opportunities.
As the last 18-months unfolded, I got to see first-hand the effects of our socio-economic, polical trends. I believe professionals are losing a sense of security that larger corporations could once provide. While this trend isn't necessarily new, it is certainly amplified through our shared global experience of 2020/2021.
