In this episode I speak about some reasons why you should book yourself a 'do nothing' day in these busy lives that we live.

Constantly on the go, now with the added fatigue of trying to catchup with lost time with friends and family by 'doing' things on the weekend as well as work, run a home, keep fit and all of the in-between. 

I give you a #cardoftheweek from my Advice and Encouragement (A&E) card deck, which I personally feel is very fitting to the central message of this podcast: "You have a vital responsibility to protect and guard the things that promote your wellbeing" - this includes having time to do nothing! Agree?
