In this series we will be introducing you to the course developed from the book Kindfulness by Padraig O'Morain. Padraig teaches us how to develop mindful self compassion and how to apply these principles and techniques to a variety of settings and life changes. It is laid out in an easy to follow process of explanation, practice and an affirmation. On day 4, Padraig focuses on letting feelings pass and not brooding in a negative energy.
