Kathryn’s 3 Key Top Tips are:

1)  Understand the age group 35 to 55 years old, from perimenopausal to post-menopausal. Look at your menstrual situation.

2)  Have physical awareness of your own body.

3)  Drink plenty of room temperature water, exercise, and eat well.
