Margaret said, “This may be because all they’ve known is many years of hard work, exercising to get them through, and not wanting to easily let go of the work side of their lives. They may even realise their work-life was traumatic!”
Benny and I found it difficult to find an article on Mental Health with regards to middle managers. Most of the articles we found were around middle managers helping their teams with their mental health. You may notice in the article that middle management is only a small paragraph. This makes us wonder, are middle managers looking after everyone else and not being looked after themselves?
