Rich is a fantastic regular instructor for the BJJ Globetrotters, he's an actor, one hell of a musician, and just a great guy. Rich has two BJJ Fanatic's videos entitled, "Lapel Art" and "Control Advance Attack". In this episode Rich opens up about his concerns on the direction of BJJ, how he has dealt with his anxiety, his avid use of the whiteboard, why the hip bump sweep is not accurately named and so much more.
