Mark Wylie is the guitarist for Prog Metal band Maitreya and a solo artist. Mark joins me on the show this week to discuss Maitreya's brand new album dropping tomorrow June 25th Hyper Reels. He breaks down the recording and writing process, goes into details about a few songs, goes deep into the meaning of some of the songs, plays us a few stems of the album to show off his band mate's raw talent, we even get a little impromptu performance near the end of something Mark's been working on as a solo cover and so much more!
