As a former corporate leader and seasoned entrepreneur, I know what it is like to blur the lines between ambition and self-endangerment in the name of achieving success by how others define it. Overwhelm used to bully me too, until I finally decided I’d had enough and I needed to shift my mindset towards building a life that nurtured me vs. one that was leading me down the path to burnout, again. As a burnout survivor, I have spent my entire entrepreneurial career helping others adopt self-care as a lifelong strategy to cultivate their own culture of work-life balance. Through coaching, intensives and retreats I love challenging women to rethink what society tells them they should be doing for self-care and inviting them to define and live out self-care and balance on their own terms.
