My guest for this episode is Marcus Bolen. Marcus is an executive and leader who thrives on bringing visions to reality. He has been a trusted advisor and consultant for the previous three years working with Manufacturing firms and the Department of Energy in Strategy and Marketing. Marcus started his career as a Marine Officer and Helicopter pilot, where he honed his leadership and operational skills. Upon leaving active duty, he got his hands dirty as an early-stage employee at a startup in the lighting industry.
In addition to Marcus’ professional work, he is a mentor and community leader at Bunker Labs, a startup accelerator that supports military veteran founders. His previous experience includes strategy, marketing, operations management, and supply chain strategy. He holds BAs in Computer Science and Spanish from the University of St. Thomas as well as an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
