In this episode of The Jamin Show, I discuss the value and importance of getting quality sleep. Anyone who is looking to take their craft to the next level should look at their current sleeping patterns. That might be a great place to start if you are not already excelling in this part of your health.
Sleeping is similar to filling up your cars gas tank. It wont run without it. Same thing for the human body. You may be able to function somewhat without proper sleep, but overall you aren't getting far without sleeping correctly. I would bet, the majority of "successful" people or however you view "successful" in a person is getting quality sleep. Or if they dont, they are aware of it and doing what they can to fix it.
This attitude "ill sleep when im dead" is ridiculous and only applies to very specific short term situations. That attitude long term will kill you!
For me, getting to bed early and waking up early is one of my secrets to functioning at what I like to think is a high level. If you need some coaching on sleeping this is a great episode for you!
