Growing up I used to have a reputation for eating too much & all the time. That was fueled by my active lifestyle as a young student athlete. This habit continued into college, & the real world. But I was sick of the mid day crashes, being hungry all the time and the lack of focus on my tasks.

I committed to a lifestyle change that has helped me tremendously. I am more efficient with my energy & focus than ever before as I continue to Master this lifestyle. The sooner you make this commitment, the sooner you are able to take your nutrition to the next level.  The purpose of eating is to fuel your body with the proper nutrition.
