In this episode I discuss my deep dive into exploring Qi Gong, Breath Work and how it has made an amazing impact on my life. I have always tried my own form of meditation, but never really knew how to explain my experiences or conceptualize what I was actually doing. After a year of studies specifically into Qi-Gong & advanced breath work I have accumulated observation on myself & experiences with clients. I am confident in my practice & my clients love what I have added to their programs. I am confident in teaching, explaining & utilizing these techniques.
