Description

Many people don't like training in hot environments. Most people like to be in AC, or under a fan, in comfy clothes. While in theory you can get stronger, and get great results being in these settings, but there are serious benefits to working out in hot environments. In this episode I share some of my insight as to why this would be a good idea!

Before we get into this topic,  I share some valuable lessons that I think everyone would benefit from and that is to get started today. Get started today on a project, relationship, a goal or whatever it is you want TODAY! People don't appreciate what they have and take their time for granted. The biggest regret you will have in your life at the end of the road is "what if". We can live with failures but we can't live with doubt of regret!
