In this episode I share simple lifestyle changes that will help your body to flow better and keep extra weight off of your body. 

Weight loss is a side effect of healthy habits. Many use aging as an excuse when in reality, wear and tear comes natural to anything that you do/use. Any item or task we do will have some type of wear and tear effect, some depreciation. So why do so many use age as an excuse when in reality if you just do the things that are required to maintain yourself then age is irrelevant.

When I work with my clients who are focused on weight loss or fat loss I try to teach them healthy habits. Focus on doing these correctly and weight loss is a side effect. Being overweight is not natural and shouldn't be trophied. Body shaming is not cool, but encouraging someone being overweight is not correct. 

In this episode what may seem obvious is not executed that way. Many people do the opposite of what I share in this episode.
