The difference between Meal Planning & Meal Prepping is huge. Maintaining a good diet & nutritious routine is very mental. People will neglect their health & well-being for their goals & careers, which is why it is so important you take control of the situation. That is simply an excuse.

Neglecting your health & well-being even when you are busy and goal oriented is not correct. Your health & fitness is mandatory wether you prioritize it or not. Your body says so. It isn't by choice.
