There are many reasons you may not be working out or at the gym. You might be financially tight, you might not like any of the facilities in the area, you might not be a fan of going to the gym at all. You might be a beginner, you might be new to the area, or you are unsure what to do. There are many reasons not to be on top of your fitness, but one thing is for sure you do not need a gym or equipment to be strong, lean and in shape.
I am here to assure you that you do not need to go into a crowded space or force yourself into the fitness scene if you dont want to. But, I am here to tell you that you have to figure out what works best for you in regards to your health & fitness because it is mandatory. The choices and the strategies you take are optional, but the human body needs exercise in order to function properly.
