In this episode, we take a look at A Silent Voice, an anime movie about a boy, Shoya, when he was younger, he would used to bully this deaf girl, Shouko. Now older, we see Shoya and Shouka become friends against as young adults, and see their relationship grow and develop as they start to become friends, after their horrible past with each other. We talk about the use of animation, and how it can convey many things that live action cannot, the complex issues that the movie tackles, as well as the overall art style of the show.
