During my more than two decades in executive recruitment, I have been passionate about building strong productive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and mentor, while building my clients’ business and my candidates’ careers. Prior to O’Connell Group, my experience includes a decade in consumer packaged goods, retail and durables at such great companies as Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, Marshall Fields, Herman Miller and Ralston-Purina’s Continental Baking Company.
