Description

Colonel Maneesh Joshi (Veteran of 26 years, Rajput Regiment) of the Indian Army joins us to look back on his 26 years of service. He revisits his times at the Siachen Glacier mouthing off to the "Other Side's" soldiers 100 ft away, while trying to dodge bullets. He relives an extraordinary tale where he evacuated an injured (from Pak Shelling) jawan out of the jaws of death by carrying him downhill for 9 hours straight.  He talks about what it takes mentally, to live with blood on your hands! On a lighter note, he also talks about how the Bollywood representation of the armed forces is 'Pathetic' and how the army reacts to the politics at the centre!
