My guest today is Jennifer Herrera, Jeniffer has been practicing various styles of energetic healing arts for 7+ years. Originally working in real estate, she changed direction to focus on sharing the energy work which brought deep meaning to her life. She attended the school for the Arts of Energetic Healing and she is a certified mentor (through Heartmath Inc. ) in building personal resilience.
She integrates science-based techniques as well as sound healing / meditation, stretch and Reiki to help clients relax their nervous system, restore their body, mind and spirit.
Jennifer aims for people to feel greater happiness and inspiration. By helping clients connect with and trust their own inner wisdom; their energy field is strengthened. With increased confidence and joy, they navigate more easily through life’s turbulence.
She exercises and meditates daily and uses the lessons in her own life to help her clients feel their best and intuitively find their own balance.
