I met with 2 families this week interested in listing their home and moving to another. Both are currently in Chino and one would like to move to Chino Hills and the other to Corona. I will work towards getting them preapproval as well as get the search started. I recorded the first “Always Be Consulting” podcast episode. This segment will be focused on the Real Estate industry sitting down with industry professionals and discussing their specific aspect of the business. In the first episode I met with Brandon and Kevin with Chicago Title and they discussed “What is Title”, Probate, the importance of a Trust and much more. A very informative episode. Next week I will be recording an episode of “Chino and The Hills” with Chino Hills City Council member Peter Rogers. Have a great week!
