March is off to the races.
Meeting with clients at the new construction community in Banning called “Atwell”. We will be meeting with a Home Advisor/Sales Consultant to go over their options and desires.
I have 3 listings in Chino coming up in the next few weeks ranching in process from $600k to $700k. All beautiful homes in great communities.
In the marketing end. I am working to get my most recent door hanger distributes to my farm of 1,400 homes. I made a video specific to this community and am delivering by a QR code directly to their front door with a link to the video.
