Jamaica Heolimeleikalani Osorio is a Kanaka Maoli wahine poet , activist , and scholar "born and raised on "music, mo‘olelo and ‘ōlelo Hawai‘i." In this episode she dives deep into the political history of violence to the ʻāina and people of Hawaiʻi and what that means to the struggle against colonialism, capitalism, and white supremacy today.
