This week I got to sit down with the former UW-Rock County Athletic Director, Veteran, and Nursing Instructor, Grant Mcnall. I was able to hear his perspective as an AD about why the smaller two-year UW schools lost their sports programs as well as the overall responsibilities and challenges of being an AD at a school like UW-Rock County. Grant also details his love for trail running, as well as his experience/national successes as an long distance runner. Enjoy.
