Our Bold Alpha Spirit of the Week is the Laphroaig Cairdeas Triple Wood Islay Single Malt Whisky. This has earthy notes on the nose and has a very peaty taste and lots of fire and sizzle on the tongue as it's 119 proof. You can add some water to open up the whisky and tame it down.
