Throughout his real estate lending career of 8 years, he has made over 100+ loans, loaned out over $20M of his and his capital partners money, and created a private lending educational course that walks any person through the steps in how to make safer and risk mitigated loans, regardless of the amount they have to lend.
Edwin resides in Tampa, FL with his wife of 8 yrs, Carolina Epperson. He is first a follower of Jesus, Husband, Father, and business owner in that order. He is a faithful member of his church, Grace Family Church, and serves in the marriage ministry.
