Tisha Richmond is an accomplished educator and edtech expert based in Southern Oregon. With 25 years of teaching experience, Tisha has served in various leadership roles at the region, state, and national level. She has also worked as a district Tech Integration Specialist and taught Family & Consumer Science.
As a district Student Engagement & Professional Development Specialist, Tisha is passionate about infusing joy, passion, play, and gamified strategies into learning to empower 21st century learners. She is a Canva Learning Consultant and Canva Education Creator, using her expertise to help educators create visually appealing learning materials.
Tisha is also an international speaker, podcast host, and author of the book Make Learning MAGICAL. Her book unlocks seven keys to transform teaching and create unforgettable experiences in the classroom. In recognition of her outstanding work, Tisha has been honored with the Medford School District's Golden Pear Educator Secondary Teacher Award and a first place win in the Henry Ford Innovation Nation Educator Award.
