Daphne is a PhD candidate in Strategic Management at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a PhD research fellow at the Institute for Gender and the Economy. Her research is focused on understanding the mechanisms helping to improve diversity interventions and create gender equality within organizations, specifically studying to see if - and how - structural interventions disrupt gender inequality.
