Description

“As an online entrepreneur, there wasn't any of that excitement… You're just at home ...and you say goodbye, on the zoom... and click”.

-Jo Ingram

Welcome to the twelfth episode ofAction Taker Tribe! This week's episode is something that is really common but very few of us talk about.

Some might call it a vulnerability hangover or pushback reflex. Although it doesn’t feel good, I’ll explain why you shouldn’t avoid it.

In this episode you will hear the story behind my launch of the Messy Bun Boardroom. I was doing things way out of my comfort zone and as a result I was hit with an unexpected wave of emotion which I am calling the Launch Hangover.

If you’ve ever done something really important and then had that feeling of second-guessing yourself, then you might know what I am talking about. When we take massive action on our goals in life or in business sometimes our brains can work against us in an effort to protect us.

In this episode I explain when to expect the Launch Hangover, why it happens and tips to help you cope with it. I also share why you should get comfortable with being uncomfortable. I hope you like this episode and share it with a friend if you do!
