Description

Being a good Mum doesn't mean always getting it right. Being a successful entrepreneur doesn't necessarily mean spending all of our time worrying and working on our business...

Balancing life as a Mum and entrepreneur isn’t easy. It’s all too easy to feel conflicted, not sure where to turn your focus – spreading yourself too thinly and worrying that you’re not good enough in either role.

I’ve been there. In fact, I’m still there.

As a busy Mum of three spirited daughters as well as a busy solopreneur, I understand how tricky it can be to find that balance between work and home life. I am working hard for my children and their futures – they are my ‘why’ - but my present all too often involves hastily rushing them out of the room ahead of a work call!

In this week’s episode, I talk about the reality of working from home with kids, the importance of honesty and vulnerability with our peers, and the need to trust your instincts and stop questioning yourself.

You can be a successful Mum and businesswoman. It’s all about priorities and learning not to be too hard on yourself
