Realizing your self-worth and breaking down barriers of resistance puts you in a state of allowing - allowing yourself to believe that you've got this and you're going to achieve everything that you planned.
But how do you get to this place? I've come to realize that it's all about cleaning the basement.
It sounds crazy right, but it’s about ensuring the right foundations are in place before you start building up your skyscraper of success. After all if you don’t take care of the basement your building is going to be wobbly and unstable from the off.
Creating your foundation of self-worth is imperative when building a strong and successful business. We all have a different journey to success, with different things to overcome and work on, but finding your self-worth puts you in a position where you can accept the success you deserve. This week I share how I have managed to achieve this and how you can too, using tools such as meditation and gratitude.
