This week I’m joined by body transformation coach, Connor Delieu, to discuss why food tracking is such a crucial factor in reaching our fitness goals. Not many people choose to do so, but thanks to tracking apps like MyFitnessPal we can see at a glance how many calories we consume and whether we’re meeting our macro split. Connor shares with me how food tracking has helped his fitness career, from playing rugby when he was younger to becoming a personal trainer, as well as why alcohol consumption can prove sobering reading when looking at our calorie intake.
