Can focusing on macronutrient intake, instead of certain food, be the key to dieting success? Flexible dieting doesn’t restrict food like standard diets – things like ice cream, pizza and cheese and can still be enjoyed. Instead the emphasis is placed on tracking your protein, fat and carbohydrate intake to change your body shape. As long as your food choices fall within your macros, then flexible dieting says you can still lose weight.
