Mindset exercises is great for awareness and working to control your thoughts and feelings, but it’s only surface and there’s a lot of healing that needs to take place on a deeper level that goes hand in hand with the mindset work.
We share with you a few concise steps to guide you to be more aware of the patterns that you see, be able to track them to where their origins are whether they are coming from a trauma, limiting belief or a story you’ve been telling yourself for years, that has may be been imposed on you as a child that you’ve gone the rest of your life believing to be true.
