Description

First and foremost I'd like to say that if you're here, you're already looking for the right answers.. and looking to educate yourself how to best manuever through this strange time and that is the first and most important step to coming out of this in the best shape possible if not even stronger than you were before in all aspects of life physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and financially

6 Main Steps:

1. Find and Return to your Anchors

We've talked about anchors before, so anchors are the constant in your life, for me, it's my home, my dog, it's the gym which I'm grateful that they're still operating at the moment

The idea is to look for what IS certain in your life, and doing that to getting a sense of peace and feeling grounded and safe

A bullet proof morning and evening rituals

During this uncertain times, other than other responsibilities, if you were to keep those in place consistently, you’ll be feeling in a good enough mental state so that you’re ready to take on whatever the day presents

This first step aligns with your gratitude ritual too, by going back to the anchors. By asking yourself what is certain in my life, your brain starts to look for the positive. And that's what we want, cause whatever we focus on grows. So focus on the good and more good will come

2. One problem and solution at a time

- You can journal your current feelings/issue or problem

- Make sure you Ask yourself how can I work this out instead of focusing on how frustrated you are that this is happening, when you ask, how can I work this out, your brain starts to look for ways to work it out.

3. Take the pressure off whenever you feel uneasy

Just take time out of the 'I have to get this done'

Listen to your body if you're hungry eat, if you're tired rest... And so on.

4. Limit your intake of news and any other negative sources that instil fear and fill your day with uplifting music, podcasts, audiobooks.. p

5. Think short term / Look at fulfilling immediate needs and addressing immediate concerns (for now)

If you take just ONE thing from today I'd like it for it to be is to live in the moment
