From the conversations we've had, we've realised that most people either feel restriction and guilt around what they eat and drink over the Christmas period, or go the other way and fully give up their routine which leads to them taking longer and struggling to get back to their normal self, whether that physically, mentally or just in a more practical routine that works best for their lifestyle.
When it comes to the mindset around food and drink during Christmas time, balance is key to having a great time keeping in mind that you have the knowledge and experience of how to get back to your norm, whatever that may be to you.
