After a few weeks away, I finally catch up with Jeff "The Animal" Wilson to discuss both of our recent travels, eating exotic foods, spending time with family, celebrating life, death, birthdays and everything in between. More of a show about life than MMA, we do break down UFC 280 towards the end of the show, as well as preview UFC Vegas 63.
