Teresa Lugo is a Senior Life Coach, Reiki Master and alumni of Master Force Inc. Teresa has had her hand in several startups since leaving her career in the Fashion Industry to include one of her most innovative and lucrative ideas, Crowded Closet " Too much clutter in your closet means too clutter in your life." A metaphor she uses to coach women on the need to make room for new beginnings, take risk and live a fully attainable life. Today, she is an inspiring author as she is writing her personal memoir on the journey through depression. While writing her book in Puerto Rico, Hurricane Maria hit and her life was forever changed. She began Land+Heart Project a non-profit organization created to assist farmers in the restoration of their farms. As she saw the emotional unsettledness and acknowledged her gift to heal, she completed her certification as a Reiki Master in Puerto Rico.
