So, with me being a bit pants with my admin, it's been about a month since our last episode!
With that in mind, I thought I'd try to explain around a conversation I have had a lot recently which is a correlation between strength and hypertrophy. Basically, does a bigger muscle mean a stronger muscle?
You might be surprised to know the answer is 'It depends...'
Charlie and I answer this in a broad stroke fashion as well as our usual brand of absolute nonsense of course.
