Rick Koenig's life could easily be a movie. Growing up as an angry child, he started training martial arts at the age of 4 and it became a lifelong obsession.
His journey has led him through the nightclub industry, prison, fighting in the early professional mixed martial arts days, moving to Branson, Missouri, losing his son under mysterious circumstances, and now helping others be their best through his fitness coaching.
