I really enjoyed sitting down with the Executive Director of Girls On The Run (GOTR) of North Alabama Christina Zegler. We talked about how their program is helping girls 3rd-8th grade in so many ways beyond being "just a running program". You will also find out why Christina's biggest failure involved a shaved head, why she is so passionate about GOTR, and how the Army prepared her for COVID.
