Everything is opening back up, basically 100%. The president wanted at least 70% of the population to be vaccinated (at least one shot by July 4th). We didn't hit that mark. Now there's a new variant of Covid, the Delta variant, which is more transmissible than the others. What are you going to do?? To mask or not to mask, is it really a question?
