Character on Track is a local program that finds high school seniors who are great role models and leaders, and places them in elementary schools to speak to young students about having good character and making good choices.
Rich has always had a passion for programs and projects that involve kids. Along with his role at Character on Track, he has been involved in the youth soccer community on a local, regional and national levels, always striving to find ways to allow kids to discover themselves and to develop a set of personal values.
He believes there is a great need for mentors and role models for the youth of today, and Rich wants to be in an active role in building today’s kids into the community leaders of tomorrow.
