A few short years after becoming a partner at CellOnly, the company grew from just one location to serving customers in over 40 markets across 7 states, employing over 170 team members. Rory‘s passion for better customer service led to his Golden Rule – nobody at CellOnly is allowed to say no without permission. The rule, which is known by employees at all levels, embodies the company’s commitment to doing everything possible to help guests.
Having achieved many accomplishments, Rory most recently was awarded the Master Grad certificate from Rapport International, a leadership institute known for helping individuals to recognize their talents and purpose.
