In the last week or so I've had my own experience with pain.
My right hip acts up when I'm not on track. When I ignore my hip, it quickly turns into a low back, hamstring, shoulder issue along with my hip.
Feeling pain/weakness in movements that felt fine a day earlier completely sucks, there's no other way to put it. My mind immediately jumped into the familiar panic that I experienced most of my mid-late 20s (it'll just be like this forever...). Luckily it didn't last. I did things the best I knew how to do to remedy my situation and by the next day I was walking upright, pain-free once again.
I know what it's like to not trust my body to move the way I want it to; the helpless and useless feelings that come up.
If you've been in that boat before, take a listen to my story and let's see what's available to help get you out/keep you out of pain too.
