The Bridge series focuses on my movement coaching practice "bridging the gap between physical therapy and full confidence in all levels of activity through assessment, programming and 1 on 1 training" based on the fundamentals I've learned working with world class physical therapists and coaches through Active Life Professional, Seminar and Immersion

One of the most powerful tools in my toolbox is a movement assessment.  It's one of the first things we complete together and it provides a wealth of information, including whether or not I believe working together will help get you out of pain, or if you should really make that doctors visit that you've been putting off

It takes 15-20 minutes, tests the active and passive ranges of motion on the most important joints in your body and helps us set a course
