Description

Over the next few months, we will introduce our new Leadership authors on the

Shortlist to uncover the challenges facing new managers and how these

challenges can be overcome. As we gain more responsibilities as individuals in

any organization, boundary setting is essential but our dominant culture is not set

up to respect boundaries. How can we learn to set and respect boundaries?

We often talk about impostor syndrome or the inner critic; the desire to feel less

visible, less vulnerable, less exposed. The inner critic craves safety.  But being

vulnerable and taking risks is essential for growth. How can you balance your

inner critic with the desire for personal growth?

Here to tell us how is leadership coach, facilitator and inclusion consultant, Debbie

Dannon. Debbie has created her own leadership framework, Rebel Leadership,

where she builds moral leadership grounded in authenticity, balance and

courage. Her Rebel Leadership framework encourages us to rebel against cultural

norms and expectations, to flip the script and to understand our need and desire to survive.
