Description

An organization’s biggest asset is its workforce. But people who are neurodiverse often struggle to fit the conformist profiles sought by employers. Things like inaccessible job descriptions with company jargon or standard interview procedures can all be a challenge for the neurological conditions, and belie the incredible skills and attributes they often possess. So, how do we correct this?

On this week's show we welcome Theo Smith, the VP of Customer Acquisition at Zinc Work. Theo is also a podcast host and author of the upcoming book “Neurodiversity at Work.” An expert in the field, he will be giving us some background on neurodiversity in the workplace as well as some actionable advice on how to make processes more inclusive and open so organizations can benefit from this talent pool.
