Today D.J., Kate, and Jillian are joined by Laura Beck. Laura was your average young adult who loved to run and be active outdoors. After a major car accident, she was left paralyzed from the chest down with limited the use of her hands. She shares her story and talks about how sports (including rugby and skydiving!) have played a role in her rehabilitation and outlook on life.
