Katherine is a Leadership Coach and podcaster on a mission to bring more self-love into the world.
In 2nd grade she became aware that her fat body made her different from others and wasn’t accepted by society.Katherine spent almost 2 decades weight cycling on-again, off-again, yo-yo diets and battling with herself through a critical inner voice.
In college she first discovered the world of Body Positivity but it would be another 8 years before she found the true self-love and acceptance she needed to find peace within herself and build up her self worth.
